It’s that time of year
again – time to stop and reflect on all of the places we’ve gone, people we’ve
met, and the places we have yet to go! Over the last three months, MOMA’s house
has been blessed to have been at the center of many wonderful events and
surrounded by even more amazing people.

FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award
Every year, the FBI honors the
very best among individuals and organizations that make extraordinary
contributions to their community. This
year, MOMA’s house was selected for the state of Arizona to receive the FBI
Director’s Community Leadership Award.
On April 2, 2014,
CEO/founder of MOMA’s house, Maraion A. Douglas, along with MOMA’s house
Program Administrator, Mentors and Board/Team Members, traveled to Washington
DC for presentation of the award by Mr. James Comey, Director of the FBI.
MOMA's house was
presented the Dorrance Scholarship Award. The award was for $3,600 from the
Arizona Community Foundation. Many thanks to Mr. James Hensley for recommending
us and to everyone involved who made this possible.
